Our Petit Fours are made in the traditional manner. Vanilla sponge interior with a thin layer of blueberry confiture inside and then enveloped in a sugar fondant icing blanket. Finally decorated in royal icing to complete with floral decor. Size is 450mm x 450mm. This is not a pour-over fondant covering.
